We are providing VVIP / VIP / CIP and Executive Class Passenger Services:

Notifying customs immigration / Health official regarding arrival/departure of International flights and arrange necessary checks and clearances.
Coordination with all concerned agencies like Airport Authority/VIP lounge/security/oil company/PROs of govt and foreign embassy.
Receiving passenger on kerb side/ providing valet service for check-in passenger on departure/arrival.
Airport security checks
Facilitating VIP/CIPs and escorting them.
Ground-handling of the aircraft:- receiving the aircraft, loading / off loading of aircraft, cabin cleaning, head rest covers and seat belt arrangement, catering upliftment, security check-anti sabotage check, access control, secondary step ladder check, security check of all the items to be loaded the aircraft etc.
Coordination with ATC, Airport Authority and security agencies for VIP vehicle to and fro from the aircraft.
Coordination with forensic lab in testing of food / fuel for VIP flights.
Handling wheel chair / sick / stretcher passenger.
Handling of fire arm and ammunitions of passengers.
Crisis managements – handling of delayed / disrupted flights.
Handling of transit flights – loading off loading of commercial load, checking of boarding of deplaning passengers, reconciliation of transit pax, solving of transit load discrepancy, baggage identification incase transit pax is short on board and take other necessary action, recheck the load with station of origin, head count, identification of cabin baggage by the transit pax as a security measure. Completion of necessary formalities incase the transit goes to TB. Departure message.
